Kestrel TinklenbergCity Arts Executive Director
Kestrel Tinklenberg is the Executive Director of City Arts, where she brings a lifelong passion for creativity and community into everything she does. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Arizona State University and served as Assistant Director of City Arts for three years before stepping into her current leadership role.
An artist at heart, Kestrel has been creating for as long as she can remember. Her background uniquely blends the discipline and leadership developed during her 10 years of service in the United States Marine Corps with a deep commitment to artistic expression and cultural enrichment. Kestrel is driven by a belief that art matters—that it connects people, challenges perspectives, and makes the world a little less beige. Through her work at City Arts, she is dedicated to expanding access to the visual arts and fostering a vibrant, creative community. |
